AI & Third-Party Services
To identify items and estimate values, Coin Collector sends your search queries and uploaded photos to AI models and may reference public marketplace listings. These providers process data on our behalf to return identification results, descriptions, and estimated values. Please do not upload images containing sensitive personal information beyond the coins and currency you wish to catalog.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the app (hosting, AI processing, and email delivery) and when required by law. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store your full payment details.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your collection data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual items at any time, or delete your entire account from the Account page, which permanently removes your associated data.
Important Disclaimer
Coin Collector cannot authenticate, grade, or appraise items, and its AI-generated identifications and value estimates are for general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional numismatic authentication or appraisal.
Your Choices
You may edit your collection data at any time, delete your account, or contact us with privacy requests. You can also disable AI-powered features by avoiding the Identify and Scanner tools.
